Here's a great property for lease near the twin cities. Sitting just 1 mile off Interstate 35 this one is easy to get to. This farm sits in a great neighborhood, with lots of cover in every direction. Deer numbers are high in the area. Turkey hunting should be excellent on this one as well. This property is about 1/2 timber and half row crops. The timber has rolling hills and lots of great tree stand locations.
