This 64-acre property is located in the town of Booneville, Kentucky, Owesley County. The property has a small field on one side of the road and all hardwoods on the other side. I was able to park on the wooded side, unload my 4-wheeler, and drive a short way into the property. I then walked to the NE side, where trails need some trimming to get a 4-wheeler to the back and top of the hardwood side. I found numerous fresh tracks and deer droppings throughout the property. This is a very nice property with some terrain, but your main access is at the lower section. The property was purchased in May 2025, and I did not see any signs of trespassers on my inspection at the end of May 2026. The field does not have cattle; the neighbor has some horses that use it. I did not see any on my inspection. This is a very nice 64-acre lease in Kentucky Zone 4. Property on On-x shows less than 64 acres, but the landowner's deed shows 64, so be aware of that.
