The northeast timber tract will have limited access until the bean crop is harvested, which should coincide perfectly with the peak of the rut.
The central timber section is a standout feature of the farm. Numerous bedding areas, well-defined travel corridors, and a tremendous amount of entry and exit sign suggest this area serves as a major hub for deer movement throughout the season.

My favorite part of the farm is the southern timber tract. This is an exceptional hunting location with all the ingredients needed to consistently produce mature bucks. I would fully expect one or two mature deer to be harvested from this section annually. Both sides of the ditch were inspected, revealing heavily used trails running parallel to the waterway along with multiple ditch crossings that create natural travel funnels and prime stand locations.
This is a tremendous hunting property that can comfortably accommodate several serious hunters or a larger group looking for outstanding deer and turkey hunting opportunities year after year.
