I have a strong appreciation for river bottom row crop farms, and this particular one is sure to yield results in terms of deer activity. On the day of my inspection, I pushed deer out of the bean fields (2026), and there was significant deer sign present on the ground. The Big River flows along the southern edge of this property for about one mile, and I am confident that many deer will be moving through this area during the fall rut. This property is relatively secluded, which should ensure continuous action throughout the deer season. Additionally, the landowner has provided one box blind on the property for your use, as shown in the picture reel.

Access will be limited (Foot traffic) until the crops come out of the field, but then UTV & ATVs allowed throughout the farm / no vehicles in the field

No rhyme or season to it, but some parts of this farm will flood yearly, but drys out fairly quickly / day of inspection the farm was on the dry side and I could walk everywhere
