This hunting lease is leased and not available. This 196-acre property is located in the town of Stanford, Kentucky, within Lincoln County. The lease features hay fields on my inspection in early April 2026. There are hardwood edges and a cedar area in the back. During my visit, I noticed many well-used game trails and plenty of spots to set up along them. There is a pond on the back NW side and a cedar thicket next to it where I found a nice shed. The sign there was incredible, heavily used trails, loaded with deer tracks, and plenty of impressive rubs. The deer were definitely comfortable back here. I chatted with the neighbor, who mentioned that there are some very nice bucks on the property and that he's very careful about what he shoots. He was a little nervous about Basecamp Leasing hunting this property, but I assured him that anyone who would be hunting this property would get along with him very well. The property is accessible from both the east and northeast sides, making it easy to explore on foot. The landowner doesn't reside on the property, and there are no cattle present. I encourage you to take a look at this lease�you won't be disappointed. There is a locked gate you will access. Please make sure to re-lock the gate before leaving the property. The entrance is marked with a yellow circle on the aerial map, and the leasing agent will provide a code. Coyote hunting is not allowed on this property. The Landowner has requested duck-hunting rights for this property; please be respectful: duck hunting is not permitted on this lease.
