This hunting lease is leased and not available. 60 acres in Portage County. This is a Deer and Turkey Hunting Lease Only. Crop fields up front lead to rolling terrain in the back consisting of marsh, pines, and scattered hardwoods. Deer sign during my inspection was abundant. Heavy trails and plenty of tracks crisscrossed the property. Rubs and beds were found throughout the area. The elevation changes can make for some great blind placement and shooting possibilities. The location of this property in relation to the surrounding area should provide deer movement all day long. Respectful use of ATVs is allowed for hunting related purposes only when weather and ground conditions permit. Respect all boundaries. The landowner would like the makes of vehicles and license plates of hunters vehicles. The landowner would like to meet the hunters initially. The landowner asks that tree trimming be kept to a minimum. No tree cutting. Any existing stands on the property are use at your own risk. Don't damage any crops. No use of nails, screws, or screw in tree steps is allowed.
