This hunting lease is leased and not available. 80 acres in Oneida County. This is a Deer and Turkey Lease only. This unique property is surrounded by Oneida County owned property allowing it to hunt way bigger than it is. Another great feature about this gentle rolling property is that access to a big portion of the county land south of this property is easily accessed by a mowed trail that the landowner keeps up and leads into some great deer country. Plenty of deer sign was present when I inspected the property. Diverse habitat creates several edge type opportunities for ambushing the traveling deer herd. Marshy areas, bog, ridges, and hardwoods make up most of the lease. There is a large elevated stand overlooking an open area of the property with a couple of apple trees that is available for use. The landowner hosts a civil war type shoot on the property for a weekend on or near Labor Day. This year it is on the 11th and 12th of September 2026. The landowner lives on the property so he can keep a watchful eye on things. Food plots are a possibility with permission from the landowner as to where. Respectful use of Atv's is allowed for hunting related purposes only when weather and ground conditions permit. No tree cutting. No use of nails, screws, or screw in tree steps is allowed.
