This hunting lease is leased and not available. Here is a very nice farm being offered in Effingham County, just minutes from downtown Effingham. Once I was on the farm I was impressed with the layout. This property boasts some nice valleys and a couple of hog back ravines. There is no doubt in my mind that these valleys would be a good place to catch a big boy trying to sneak through. Farm is made up of timber, bedding, row crops, and water, offering you everything you need to hold and grow big bucks. I found numerous amounts of rubs along several of the ridge lines and there were too many to take pictures of. This entire farm was littered with deer tracks, there was not a place I walked where I did not come across deer tracks. I took several photos of the deer tracks; however, due to the number of leaves on the ground, the pictures did not depict the tracks. There are old logging roads that will assist you with the ability to quietly sneak in and out. This farm also had a select timber harvest in 2018. With the tops left lying on the ground, this should do nothing but improve this farms habitat.
