This is a great all around hunting and fishing property, located less than 10 miles from Topeka, and just 1/2 mile off of Hwy 75. It has really good diversity consisting of nearly 160 A of native grass, cropground, timber and brush, and a pond.
No cattle will be on the property, and the grass was waist high on my visit in early June.
Saw half a dozen turkeys on my last visit.. Have also seen lots of deer and geese on the property.
