This hunting lease is leased and not available. One question that I am always asked "what do you rate this farm 1-10?" and no one has heard me say 10 yet. I am too picky. This farm is as close as any that I've had. This particular property ranks out within the Top 5 overall. It has great hardwoods, a year-round creek, clover fields, you name it. I jumped five bucks while inspecting. Two were 140"+ bucks, and one was a wild non-typical. Livestock are present on certain sections of the property, but are rotated periodically and to another parcel not included within the lease. The landowner lives nearby and trespassing will not be an issue. Camping and ATVs are acceptable for hunting purposes only. No tents, and the Camper/RV must be "self-reliant", there is a place to park, but hookups are not available.
