This hunting lease is leased and not available. This one is pretty straight forward. A 5 acre section of woods sits in the far southeast corner of this property. From the aerial, I didn't expect much, but on my walk around this property I saw a decent amount of sign. The south property line is a bushy fence row and from the time I stepped out of the truck, I was on tracks. Deer are clearly using this travel path to get from woodlot to woodlot. I don't think this tract is for everybody, if you are hunting for trophies we have much better properties listed. However, if you want to spend some quality time in a stand with a son or daughter, or want to video your hunts, this property might suit you well.

Access is very easy on the west side and the walk to your stand is effortless. You can even scout this property from the road in the evenings.
