The lake on this tract is clear and accessible, however, it is too acidic to hold fish. I saw plenty of deer tracts while walking the property. There aren't any pre-cut trails located on this tract. The landowner says this is a great place to hunt, several deer have been taken right on the bank of the lake in recent years.
