This hunting lease is leased and not available. Here is 320 acres broken up into two different tracts just east of Eureka in Greenwood County. The main piece, which is the old farmstead, has a dynamite looking draw between two ponds and next to crops. This draw is full of brush and trees( it is much thicker than the aerial picture indicates) and was a swampy mess the day I was there. The north pond looks perfect for both waterfowl and fish. It has lots of trees around it and in it. The south pond is part of a much bigger watershed pond on the neighbors.

The other 160 acres is mostly rolling pasture with an alfalfa field on the west side of the wooded draw and CRP on the east side.

Deer unit 14. We spotted several deer while inspecting.

By contract, cattle can be on the pastures part of the year.

Camping is OK. In fact, this would be a great spot to take the family!
