This hunting lease is leased and not available. A deep wooded creek flows into a large pond making this an alluring deer and waterfowl property. Deer tracks and buck rubs were spotted on the east end of the wooded draw. There could also be some deer activity in the southeast corner where two wooded fence lines merge. Landowner indicates that deer move between these fence lines and the wooded draw. The creek has steep banks on the west end, but flattens out toward the pond. One (or at most two) deer hunters would be plenty on this property.

Upon inspection the pond was covered with ducks, and during the snow goose migration it is reported to be a popular stopping point. The landowner said the pond is generally covered with geese for a week or more in the spring.

The pond contains bass, crappie, and bluegill; offering fishing opportunities. This agreement does not include exclusive trapping and/or fishing rights.

The pond is shared with a neighbor that does not permit trespassing of any kind (even game retrieval will be prohibited). Evidence of trespassing will result in lease termination. Previous hunters did not respectfully build a neighborly relationship and this property could use a couple of sportsman to rebuild that trust and respect. Reduced price has been applied.
