This hunting lease is leased and not available. This Fluvanna County hunting lease has a good mix of planted pines, mature hardwoods, and fields. The southern section of the property has around 52 acres of mature hardwoods. There is about 17 acres of fields and the remainder of the tract is in planted pines that were thinned a number of years ago. There are several roads that were used during logging that can be opened up for ATV use making the entire tract accessible. Upon inspection I saw several well used trails crossing the property. The tract has numerous setup points for both gun and bow hunters given the layout and size of the timber. Food plots can be planted with approval from the farmer. Camping and responsible ATV use is acceptable for hunting purposes only..
