Here are 220-acres along the Illinois River, which offers both deer and duck hunting opportunities. While walking the farm, I saw both deer and ducks. I jumped up a several deer that were bedded on the timbers edge, and when I entered the duck hole area, I put up several mallards. The deer tracks completely littered this farm and they're clearly using it. The timber is thick in many areas, which is providing cover for the deer to move along the river and row crops. Because of the river, there are natural funnels and pinch points where the deer must travel through. Do not let this farm pass you by, as deer and duck combination leases do not come along that often. Plus the opportunity to harvest a mature Illinois buck is always a possibility when you're hunting along the Illinois River area in Schuyler County.

*The use of screws, screw-in steps, and nails are prohibited.

*No hunting blinds or equipment on roads, driveways or in paths of irrigation equipment.
*Any temporary hunting blinds or equipment placed on tillable acreage must be removed by 3/15 of each year to allow for farming practices.
*No permanent hunting blinds shall be used anywhere on the property.
*No camping at any time – this includes parking of campers / RVs.
*Under no circumstances should trash be left behind by any of the hunters.
