Thick brush and tall grass, between crops and big timber. This is an obvious staging area and/ or bedding area for those southeast Kansas bruiser whitetails. Deer tracks and rubs were very plentiful. I even kicked up big bodied deer bedded down amongst the cedars in the SW corner.

Two waterways turn into creeks as they flow to the southwest. This corner does not get farmed and has turned into some great looking cover. And while it doesn't have a ton of trees, there are still a handful that would be good enough for tree stands. A shooting house would be amazing on this property.

There are also a couple of ponds/swampy areas to boot, that look like awesome duck holes.

If you zoom in on the aerial, you can even see the game trails through the grass.

Railroad tracks make up the west border. The road on the north side is a dead end road.
