This hunting lease is leased and not available. This 40-acre property is almost all wooded minus 2.7 acres of CRP grass. It sits in a 100-acre woodlot surrounded by crops with no roads touching it. The deer should feel very safe out in the middle of this section. This property sits just a couple miles off the Minnesota River Bluffs. I have to imagine there are lots of random bucks cruising this area during the rut because there's so much other big timber nearby. While viewing this property I found deer sign everywhere I walked. There were lots of nice deer trails and old buck rubs all over. I found numerous stand locations throughout this lease.
