I found plenty of deer season during my inspection, which tells me the deer are using this farm to travel from one wood lot to the other. The portion of this farm that you do not want to overlook is the southern section with the small timber draws, especially during the pre-rut / rut. I personally think this farm will be heavily used during that time period. The southern section could be a very nice place to set up, as the deer will have to make their way through here, as it's a natural funnel.
