This hunting lease is leased and not available. The aerial photo shows Row crops, but this entire farm was seeded to Native CRP grasses in 2016. I've hunted very close to this property for years. I can tell you from first-hand experience this is one of the very best sections in all of Steele County to hunt deer and turkey in. Since this property has been seeded to native grasses the section is even better now. This lease sits in the middle of over 500 acres of thick cover. This section holds close to the largest wintering deer herd in Steele County, as well as lots of Turkeys. Neighbors around this property keep food plots standing all winter long on at least two sides, if not three. This property is on a dead end road with no main road even close to it. The switch grass on this property is thick, and nearly 6ft high in spots. There's thick mature timber in the NE corner. The west Oak line fence is like woods itself and will be a great spot to hang a couple stands. Pheasant hunting will also be great on this property.
