This hunting lease is leased and not available.
Two farms being offered for lease as one in a great county, Fulton, County IL. The two farms are made up of timber, row crops, and CRP. The south farm has a very nice long section of timber that the deer are using to travel to and from the row crops. The CRP on the south farm is very thick and more than likely is being used as bedding area. The day I was there, I couldn't walk through it. The lighter shades of green on the aerial photo will depict the CRP areas. The southwest corner on the south farm is the thickest CRP area on the farm. The Southeast corner of the south farm is bordered by Rice Lake, which only allows waterfowl and archery hunting. Archery hunting is limited to zones A & B only, which neither one borders this farm. So, you'll have no hunting pressure to your south. I've added a photo of Rice Lake, depicting Zones A & B. The possibility of waterfowl hunting is also on this farm due to its proximity to the lake. As you will see in the photos the deer are using this farm, as the deer sign is here.

*No trucks are to be driven on the property.
*The use of screws, screw-in steps, and nails are prohibited.
*ATV use permitted for hunting purposes only - no joy riding - stay out of row crops.
*No hunting blinds or equipment on roads, driveways or in paths of irrigation equipment.
*Any temporary hunting blinds or equipment placed on tillable acreage must be removed by 3/15 of each year to allow for farming practices.
*No permanent built hunting blinds shall be used anywhere on the property.
*No camping at any time – this includes parking of campers / RVs.
*Under no circumstances should trash be left behind by any of the hunters or guests.
