This hunting lease is leased and not available. Located within 10 minutes of Eureka Springs is this beautiful 280 acre Ozark Mountain lease in northern Arkansas. The landowner has been the primary person hunting this property for the past several years. While it has good access throughout the property it also possess some remote and rugged areas for those hunters looking to get away from others. This is your typical Ozark Mountain property covered in nice, big oaks and there is a nice cedar glade on the north end that is begging to be hunted. The property has two nice size power line right-of-ways running through the middle of it for those wishing to stretch their rifle out. There are several trails, small openings and even a large field that would be great for food plots. I counted 5 fresh scrapes on one small trail along a creek bed the day of inspection.

The landowner lives on the property and is very friendly. The use of ATV's during season will be allowed and with prior communication is open to planting food plots. A few years ago the landowner harvested a 300lb bear on the property and yes bear hunting is allowed. Operation of vehicle or ATV on the airfield is prohibited.
