It's made up of CRP, timber, and seasonal water. This past year, the landowner planted this in CRP. Until age caught up to him, he had been planting red clover, red top, with a mixture of wheat, which you can continue to plant or you can plant your own mix. While walking the property I found plenty of deer sign, so I know the deer are using this farm. There's also a couple nice high spots where one could either set up a box or ground blind.
