I also flushed several grouse during my inspection. This property is less than 1.5 hours north of the twin cities just 8 miles off I-35. If you want to try Bear Hunting this property is perfect. It sits just a couple miles across the no quota zone for bear. This means you can get a tag every year without having to draw it. A nice creek also intersects the SE corner of the property.
