Woods were select cut in 2016 and the undergrowth is creating some great bedding and browse for the deer. A stream that has year round water from the springs coming out of the hills runs directly through the center of the farm. Cedar thickets, hardwoods, and multiple smaller fields create some great pinch points to help with stand sets. Landowner keeps an excellent trail system throughout the property that will make stand access and game retrieval very easy. The entire property is fenced and the landowner lives on site and will keep anyone else off the property.

There are 7 horses that have access to the property but during season they normally stay up by the barns eating hay and grain. Landowner is fine with a camper as long as you pick up your trash and have it removed by 30 days after deer season.
