This hunting lease is leased and not available. I know the legal acreage is 135, but once you walk on this farm you will feel like it is over 200! This farm lays out just about as good as any property I have been on, and sets up perfect for archery or gun hunters. The Blue River is just to the north, and there is crop ground on two sides of the lease. There's over 200' in elevation change, and all the fields are on the upper parts of the farm. The woods are fairly thick, and have some great bedding spread all over. I saw 2 different flocks of turkeys in the fields, and jumped multiple deer while walking through the wood lots. This farm is absolutely covered up with wildlife, and Crawford county has really been kicking out some great bucks over the last decade.

Landowner is going to be great to work with. He has a lot of knowledge about hunting the property, and he lives just down the road and has killed some great bucks here, but he just doesn't have the time to hunt anymore. He wants a good group that will manage it the same way he has in the past. They just don't get much better than this one. Respectful ATV use for hunting purposes only.
