This is different type of property. It is an old gravel pit with some activity almost entirely up near the road consisting of tractor trailer parking for the most part. There is a lot of old retired gravel pit equipment laying around throughout. However, the sign for all types of game was literally everywhere!
You have the opportunity for all game but I especially feel that the deer, waterfowl and predator hunting will be the best. You can even try to catch some pan fish.
Easy access all over except for the far south end which is very thick and nasty. Perfect for a big buck to hideout.
I highly suggest seeing the farm/gravel pit in person to decide if it will work for you.
No tree stands in the following types of trees: Red or White Oak, Hard Cherry, Black Walnut.
Landowner requests that Tree Stands be removed by January 31st and not installed or re-installed any earlier than August 1st.
No metal in any tree.
ATV okay for hunting related purposes only and stay on the edge of any field.
If fields are planted or are wet please stay off with any vehicle.
Turkey Run Canoe & Camping is available for a small fee after November 1.
No Camping on the lease property.
