This hunting lease is leased and not available.
I get asked often about Marshall County...here is a great farm if you want to pursue a mature buck! Two different locations! Owner states this is a wildlife corridor for the area.
The coolest part about this lease is that both spots are different types of habitat. The west 40 acre section, where the owner lives, is tillable and timber. All types of nice hardwoods in the timber, and the field is rolling from north to south. The neighbors have great ground too... so this is a prime spot and is loaded with active deer sign. The east 39 acres has 5 acres of wetlands surrounded by dense cover including cedar trees. All the cover is then surrounded by tillable ground.
The landowner requests the following:
No Squirrel or Rabbit hunting.
Currently in 2026 the Turkey population is low, owner says no Turkey hunting.
Park anywhere on the 40 and park by the small shed at the 39 acre parcel.
There is no doubt the lease will be a keeper! Lots of deer. Marshall is one of the top counties in Northern Indiana.
Limited ATV okay for hunting related purposes only.
Note the first aerial picture the 79 acres is split by another tillable field (which I highlighted in Green) but you have 10' of access on the north and south side of this field. Very unique.
