The owners have reported driving by and seeing 20+ deer out in the field. After seeing the lay out of this farm, I am not surprised. Obviously, the woods in the middle of the property is what your eyes are going to be drawn to. The owner has a trail system and several open areas through the farm that will provide easy access and also make some excellent locations to set up some feed stations or mineral licks. Due to the creek running along the southern and western edges of the woods, access will be mostly from the north.

Just north of the woods is a CRP field and an old grown up pasture. This tall grass will provide some excellent bedding cover once the weather turns cold.
