What can I say about this property, (THIS IS MY # 1 PROPERTY I BELEIVE I HAVE HERE IN OKLAHOMA IT'S REALLY NICE) Lots of timber, lots of water, abundance of cover. Inspecting this property there were deer sign everywhere. Seen 15 deer driving in to the property and about 40 turkey along timber line. Hog track also. There is a big year round creek that runs through the property with 4 ponds scattered throughout property. NW corner of property is a pecan bottom along hill and creek. Large timber to hang any stand or feeder. No cattle on property. This is a big deer area and a lots of them. Land owner says any hogs shot on property must be removed from property.

Place to park camper or RV, landowner has spot for camper and may let you use the extra one she has there. Landowner does camp there outside of hunting season on occasions.
