I get it, this farm does not look like much at all. In fact, I wasn't even going to list the farm for lease. However, once on the property and seeing the deer sign in and along the timber edges, I decided this could be a great opportunity for a hunter looking to harvest a deer or an opportunity to catch a buck cruising or chasing a doe during the pre-rut and rut. Obviously, it's a small tract of timber, but the timber is providing cover for deer as they travel from one farm to the other. In between the row crops on the north side of the farm, there is a grown up buffer (see photos) that is actually being used as bedding. It's also tall enough for the deer to sneak along the edges. This farm is in Zone 8.
