This hunting lease is leased and not available. This is a working cattle farm that consists of open pastures and hay fields (as of 2019), but it does have several pockets of timber along the creek drainages and boundaries of the property. The deer sign that I found was in the thicker portions of cover. Permanent water sources exist throughout the property. Ponds dot the landscape. Small game sign, such as rabbit and squirrel were prevalent along the fencerows and edges of the timber. There is a tenant that lives on site to help keep an eye on the property. Those who are interested or decide to lease the property need to be respectful of the livestock and gates, closing them after passing through. ATVs and Camping are acceptable for hunting purposes only.
