This hunting lease is leased and not available. 149 acres stretched out between some of the best deer hunting Iowa has to offer. When bucks are on the move this lease will be action packed! This is the kind of property those unknown monster bucks, no trail camera pictures of, seemingly appear out of nowhere. Those giant ghost bucks are coming from the massive woods nearby finally exposing themselves looking for hot does or food. There are some nice-looking patches of secluded hillside woods with obvious deer travel trails cutting across them. This part of Iowa is known for big racks! A well-placed food plot would put an exclamation mark on labeling this lease a honey hole. Landowner is willing to discuss food plots and the possibility of leaving some crop in an ideal area in the north row crop field (Any of those arrangements are not part of the lease through Base Camp Leasing.). There is easy access to many parts of this lease and the topography creates very low impact access. This is a working farm part in pasture, row crops, and CRP.
