This hunting lease is leased and not available. This lease screams deer bedding. Half of the property is in older pines and the other half is a mix of sapling thickets. There are 3 open areas that would be prime spots for food plots, which are allowed, and access to those open areas are made via bush hogged lanes. Upon inspection, I jumped a doe bedded down right off the highway in the pines. There were several rubs on the edges of the lanes that separate the pines and the sapling thickets.

There are also 3 ponds on the property that will provide water sources. Two of those look to hold fish. There is an ATV trail that leads from the entrance to the largest pond. The owner said there used to be tons of fish in there. Also, there were numerous trails crossing the lanes between the pines and thickets and I saw several old scrapes on the lanes. Big things come in small packages and I feel that this property holds deer with all of the deer sign I came across. There is plenty of bedding for deer on this property. This will be a great Choctaw county hunting lease for a parent and child, or two hunting friends. Respectful ATV use for hunting purposes only.
