This hunting lease is leased and not available. I was presently surprised when I inspected this property. There are a lot more deer tracks and sign here than I expected. The right hunter just may score on a stud here every year. The rubs from years past (see pics) show that a good buck, or two, has spent time here. This property consists of two separate wooded sections (about 10 acres total), a nice creek with cover, some good grass areas and one extra good bonus!! There is a private 2-acre pond full of fish just for you. Check out the pictures of the nice bass I took.

The east woods have good connecting cover and is hidden from the road, as is the north side of the creek as well, perfect for a rut set-up. The west woodlot is stand alone, and would be a great morning rut spot, or perfect gun set-up. This property is just a few miles west of Killdeer Plains Wildlife Area, so you know the kind of bucks that have been taken around here. There is access from the north or south so you can play the wind. Respectful ATV use for hunting purposes only. No camping.
