This hunting lease is leased and not available. This 145 acre property is part of a 145 acre working farm. Fields are sectioned off and cattle are rotationally grazed on the property. Stream mitigation is in place on this tract. Cattle are fenced out. The landowner lives on site, he sees deer and turkeys in the fields on a regular basis. The wood lots consist of planted pines, hardwoods and a hinge cut area that was done to thicken the area for the wildlife. During my inspection I jumped a group of deer bedded in the stream mitigation area. I also found several good trails and lots of tracks on the property.

Sunday hunting is allowed.

Camping is acceptable, water and electric are available and can be arranged with the farmer.

ATV use is acceptable for hunting purposes only.
