This hunting lease is leased and not available. Here is a nice property with a great area to set up a basecamp. This lease is in NR Deer Unit 10. This is one of the easiest units in the state for a Non-Resident to draw deer tags. This property and the surrounding properties do not have much for trees, but they have thick cover and will hold plenty of deer.

About half this lease is in CRP. While I was viewing it, I flushed pheasants all over it, and the roosters were sounding off constantly. It is obvious the pheasant numbers are good. The two low spots were full of ducks and geese. This will be a great waterfowl spot.

To the west and NW of this property the land is public. This lease is easy to get around with a quad and it gives you back door access into hundreds of more remote hunting acres.
