This hunting lease is leased and not available. This 85 acre property is nearly all over grown fields that have pines planted in them. Some good vantage points from the existing trees are present to make this a nice gun hunting property. Some of the fields are covered with grasses that are head high which is cover for wildlife. I saw several trails crossing through the fields during the inspection. Plenty of food on this tract. Some clover still exists and you can see where the deer are focusing on those areas. A powerline crosses the property and food plots can be planted there if desired. The landowner has seen deer and turkey on the property nearly every time he has visited.
