This hunting lease is leased and not available. Good things come in small packages has been my experience and I expect good things from this 17-ac Hickman County Kentucky Hunting Lease. I did bump deer during the inspection of this sweet smaller property. Lays very nicely with a couple of small fields and nice woods that you can easily set up. The south fence has a hole that is funneling deer through and the trail is evident they are using it. Fields are either cut for hay or mowed on occasion. Pond near the front provides a water source. The surrounding area has lots of crops, so your deer have plenty of food nearby. An extremely nice landowner who keeps an eye on things for sure. Found a few old rubs from the past.
