This hunting lease is leased and not available.
This farm offers many different outdoor opportunities, deer, turkey, small game, and possibly even some waterfowl hunting. There are two nice canals on the east side, and one of them runs the full length of the property. I'd strongly recommend walking this one before making your decision solely based on the aerial photo, as it simply doesn't do it justice. The property is comprised of CRP, timber, row crops, water, and bedding areas. I found a couple of very nice spots where I'd set a box blind, and a few others where a ladder stand would be ideal. As I walked the edge of the timber along the CRP, I jumped several deer. I even tried to snap a picture of two fawns, but the CRP was too tall once they got out ahead of me. There's a good amount of timber here, but it's tough to show it all clearly in an aerial when you're looking at 801 acres. That's why I say, get boots on the ground and take a look to understand the opportunities this farm holds.
