This Grayson County Kentucky property will be a lease to remember I am certain. We have this 31-ac tract that you can enter from the north or the south, your choice. I did bump deer here. Plenty of water with a creek and two ponds. Nice woods made up of hardwoods and cedars. It appears the property has a lot of deer activity according to the sign I found here. Your neighbor to the south has crops as a bonus for you. Plenty of trails to watch in some sweets spots I would hunt. I expect whoever gets this property will stay on for some time. Nice lease, nice price, and should produce as you would expect in Kentucky. After the new photos, it was all I could do not to pull the trigger on this one.
