This hunting lease is leased and not available. What a great property!!!

This Graham County lease has it all. It should be a great all-around spot for deer, turkey and pheasant, and will hunt much bigger than it looks.

The wooded creek dissecting the property is an obvious travel route for wildlife roaming the area. The old alfalfa field in the NW corner looks like a spot to keep an eye on, as well as the creek along the crop field east of the house. The deer tracks were very plentiful, and I kicked up deer four different times. I also heard a tom turkey gobble and saw a handful of pheasant along the road.

Do not overlook the draw leading off to the south. This looks like an area a big buck would bed down in to get a little more seclusion.

Cattle will be on part of the property part of the year.
