This hunting lease is leased and not available. Just "Lock It In"!!! This is an incredible farm in northern Hocking County. Just look at the two dead heads the landowner had from the past few years. This farm has incredible genetics!! Even the small shed that was found has stickers and kickers starting. The farm consists of about 80 acres of timber, crop fields and cattle pasture. The cattle do not have access to the woods. The main section of timber was beautiful rolling ravines, creek, pines, oaks, maples, and beech. There are nice stone access roads all the way to the back of the property, along with smaller ATV trails for stand access. Open gas line through woods looked like a hot spot. Look at the photos and you will see I found big rubs everywhere here. Plenty of big connecting cover keeps these deer protected. This farm will hunt big. On the east side of the farm are a few wooded areas and points that should be slam dunk spots. Usually, it is hard to find crops in this area, but you have them here. Landowner is a great guy and lives on site to keep an eye on things. Also, he is willing to work with the hunters on food plots. Landowner says he sees bachelor groups of bucks every summer that match the dead heads in the photo. Plenty of turkey here as a bonus. Respectful ATV use for hunting purposes only. Leave gates as you find them. No camping allowed. Everything you need is within minutes in Logan. Access to farm is easy and just off Route 33. I spent some time on this property as I was so impressed, just look at the photos. A couple of true trophy hunters can grow what they want here. I have a feeling this may be one of my very best farms!!!
