This hunting lease is leased and not available. 20 acres in Langlade County near Gleason. This is a "Deer and Turkey Lease Only". This property is relatively flat terrain with mostly hardwoods and some thicker cover near the road. A couple of lower spots may hold water. Plenty of mature trees for stand placement. Deer sign was present in the form of tracks, trails, and rubs along with a very nice, matched set of sheds, scoring roughly 130-135 inches found during my inspection. Property lines are somewhat marked with ribbons and paint. Any phone mapping app like onXmaps would be helpful also. The landowner would like contact from the hunters initially. Respectful use of ATV's is allowed for hunting related purposes only when weather and ground conditions permit. No food plots or camping. No nails, screws, or screw in tree steps is allowed.
