This hunting lease is leased and not available. All I can say with this one is wow! While inspecting this property I found what may be the best stand location I have ever seen in MN. Clocking in at 320 acres there is a lot of room to spread out on this one. The SW 160 acres does not even have a public road touching it, let alone bordering it. There is a nice access trail leading into the NE corner of it from the farm site on the lease. Virtually every inch of it is huntable. The open area on this south piece is a mix of alfalfa, tall grass, and row crops. Everything else is big heavy timber. There are a couple great water holes down there too. The stand location I mentioned earlier is on the SE 40 of this piece down in the dark timber. It is one of the best trail intersections I have ever seen. Do not let the NE 160 fool you. You will know what I am talking about when you see it. There are several awesome stand locations on this piece, as well as a slam dunk watering hole. Most of the open ground on this 160 is alfalfa/row crops. It was very obvious the deer numbers on this farm are high. The trails and big rubs I found were crazy. It seems like this farm has the perfect trees in the best locations for hunting out of. The water holes scattered around the lease should be excellent hunting early season through the rut. It is a long way down to the creek so I have to imagine the water is as good as a food plot during the right times.

Spring turkey hunting should be excellent as well.

The farmstead on the property is unoccupied.
