This hunting lease is leased and not available. This 200 acre property has everything you could ask for in a great farm. It has lot's of heavy hardwood timber as well as excellent pine plantations on it. It's got creeks in the bottoms and ponds on the tops, as well as a nice alfalfa/row crop rotation on the open ground. It was obvious the deer numbers are off the charts in this neighborhood. The trails were everywhere and as heavy as I've seen. While walking the property I found hundreds of rubs and lot's of them were massive. Access into this property is as good as it gets. You can park and get into it off of both gravel roads, and there's an easement off the dead end road on the east side of the property for excellent topside access. This farm has dozens of sweet stand locations all over it. There's always grains and green alfalfa planted for year round food. This property has some of the best views in the state, and I can't imagine watching the sunrise during the rut on one of the ridges. Turkey hunting should be excellent as well.
