There is a great looking area on the topside of the property you could brush hog and plant food plots to enhance the wildlife visits...The bottoms look really good down by the river as well, great place to catch the river runners during the rut.

There are no fences for this property, but there are several posts and signs marking the borders / You will need an 4x4 ATV/UTV to access the bottoms, unless you just like to walk

The logging road down to the bottoms is steep, you will need to be careful when riding ATV or UTV

The neighbor down the road can be hired to brush hog the topside, maybe even put in a food plot too
