This hunting lease is leased and not available. This is a 422 acre property in Dinwiddie County which is nearly all wooded. Made up of predominately planted pines of varying ages. The most recently planted was in early spring 2021. The oldest stand on the property was planted in 1991. Two creeks are present which have mature hardwood buffers on them. 3 small fields are present, making up about 4 acres total and would make for excellent food plots. A good road system exists throughout the property. Several other small openings are present and would make for excellent food plots as well. The property to the west is planted in row crops so plenty of food is close by. I found several good trails crossing the road with fresh tracks during my inspection. This is a well-maintained tree farm with the timber being managed extensively to provide better wildlife habitat.

Sunday hunting is allowed.

No firing range or target practice on the property.

Only ATV use allowed on the roads. No vehicles allowed.

No fires of any kind, open or contained allowed on the property.

Camping is allowed for hunting purposes only.
