The bulk of the property is the typical rugged and remote Flint Hill pastureland. The hills are big, and the draws are deep with thick hardwoods and cedars. This is ideal habitat for those big Kansas bucks to hide out in, and this property has even been referred to as a "Big Buck Factory".

There are a dozen ponds and numerous springs and tanks to provide water. I can see this as being an excellent spot for waterfowl as well. The Tuttle Creek Lake Wildlife Area, featuring the Big Blue River and the Olsburg Waterfowl Marsh, borders to the west.

There is also an occasional Elk on the property. One was harvested off here a few years ago.

Cattle will be on the property May 1- early fall. No hunting in areas that have cattle during this time.
