We have a 271-ac lease in Jackson County, Tennessee, and I believe it will be an awesome place to hunt. The lease has two entry points into the property for optimal approach. I counted at least four mineral sites, and they are getting attention. Tracks and trails are evident. A few rubs were found. The deer are using the benches as usual on these types of properties. I found a nice pinch point I would hunt if it were mine. The lease is pretty secluded, so it should make for a relaxing hunt and the hunting action for a lot of fun. Good timber here is hardwoods and cedars. There is steep ground in a few places. Water is present. The county has had four bucks over 150" through the years, with the biggest sporting 164 1/8 non-typical and a 163 7/8 typical.
This property has just been logged, they are finished, so make sure you go and inspect the property before you put a deposit, the photos will not be up to date. 1/15/26.
